Atvos inaugurates People Development Center

Earlier this month, Atvos inaugurated the People Development Center at its Alto Taquari unit. The 430 m² facility has two training rooms and enables up to 80 team members from all areas (agriculture, maintenance, industry and administration) to participate simultaneously.

The initiative was launched in synergy and partnership with the P&O and Administrative Services areas. Having trust in people and in their capacity to evolve is one of the pillars of Atvos’ operations. Investment in professional training programs is constant.

“Our commitment is to increase our investments in people development. We believe this is the path to building a better future,” says Chafick Luedy, responsible for People and Administration in the Taquari Complex.

In the last crop year (2017/2018) alone, more than 1,050 team members underwent over 44,000 hours of training and development at the Alto Taquari unit.
