Odebrecht makes sweeping change and now has a board of directors with a majority of independent members

The names of the future directors of Odebrecht S.A., with the majority drawn from the market, were announced through a press release tonight, as instructed by the Chief Executive Officer of Kieppe Patrimonial, the parent company of Odebrecht, through its Representative, Emilio Odebrecht.
