Around 80 of the Group’s Young Partners (YPs) gathered at the Odebrecht São Paulo Building last Monday (9) for a day of knowledge, reflection and integration.

The goal was to promote the sharing of experiences, forge partnerships among participants and reinforce the message of young professionals’ capacity to influence the business environment, while incorporating the Group’s values and work concepts.

The event agenda also set aside moments for the YPs to interact with leaders from the holding company and various Businesses to develop their overall vision of the Group.
