Odebrecht and Braskem among top ten companies in Love Mondays 2019 ranking

Odebrecht and Braskem figured among Brazil’s most beloved companies in the ranking published on January 16 by Love Mondays (lovemondays.com.br). This is the fourth year in which the site publishes a list of the companies that placed highest in its database.

Odebrecht came in tenth and has figured in the ranking since it was first published. This is the company’s best position yet. Last year, it placed 14th. Braskem also was one of the top rated companies, coming in ninth place.

Curiosities about the Love Mondays ranking

1. The Love Mondays ranking assessment compiles over 150,000 evaluations published spontaneously by companies’ current and former employees from January 1 to November 30, 2018.

2. To figure in the ranking, companies must meet criteria based on number of evaluations, team size and general satisfaction score.

3. The ranking features companies with more than 500 employees globally. They must have at least 50 ratings published during the survey period.

4. Odebrecht had a score of 4.33 on a scale from 0 to 5. Meanwhile, Braskem achieved a score of 4.35.

5. 93% of the people who work at Odebrecht and Braskem would recommend working there to a friend.

6. Compensation and benefits was the highest rated item at Odebrecht and Braskem.
