The first new development you must have already noticed: Odebrecht News is now ODB News.

The portal has a new look, and is more dynamic and collaborative. Now, the communications areas of the Business segments have greater autonomy to publish their own news so that you get the latest news quickly and stay abreast of all that is happening across the Group. ODB News also allows all team members to like, comment and send their photos or story suggestions.

“ODB News is the touchpoint for team members to learn about issues and news that are important for the Group”, said Renato Merlini, head of Marketing and Internal Communications at Odebrecht S.A. “In order to have a more efficient and attractive communication channel, we heard leaders and teams from all Business segments and took into account their needs, the desires of team members and our role as a holding company,” he explained.

In addition to the portal, ODB News will be the sole communication channel between Odebrecht S.A. and its team members. “We decided to simplify and concentrate everything in a single platform so that team members can have easy access to issues relating to Odebrecht as a Group,” added Renato.
