  • Gabriele Station: Quality of Life on São Paulo’s Corner

Located in the city’s Southern Zone, the development is near the future monorail and subway stations and offers differentials that include residential automation and a meeting room for those who work from home

Gabriele emerged already with a proposal for the region that connects the streets Avenida Nações Unidas – Marginal Pinheiros – and Imigrantes Highway in São Paulo: part of the Água Espraiada Urban Operation, which establishes urban development guidelines for the region, the Odebrecht Real Estate Developments project adds more color to the city with a modern facade that recovers the concept of the brise-soleil. It is also located just a short distance away from the future monorail station Line 17 – Gold, and subway Line 5 – Lilac, guaranteeing improved transit for future residents.

September 25 marked the event to deliver the building, the first residential development for the Odebrecht Group company in Campo Belo, and which already has 71% of its units sold. Over 200 clients participated in the event.

“Gabriele Station responds to an increasingly greater need of São Paulo residents, which is to enjoy an improved quality of life living near the workplace,” revealed Márcio Branco, Incorporation Director at the Business. “Its localization certainly meets this demand. We are in one of the best neighborhoods and one of the capital’s main ‘corners,’ which motivates us to create a new icon for São Paulo with a modern, unique facade,” he added.

Gabriele Station features a panel measuring approximately 25m² on the front facade facing the street Avenida Roberto Marinho. Visual artist Flávio Samelo created four panel options. The public chose one of them to be part of the development. The idea is to bring more art to the region and encourage other actions like this one

    Home Office

The development has 398 units located within a single tower, distributed into studios, suites, and duplexes. The common areas include a gym, Pilates room, game room, gourmet space, party hall, indoor pool, and public laundry. For those who choose to use the apartment as a home office, Gabriele Station also offers a meeting room, where residents can receive their clients.

Additionally, the building was designed to offer convenience and comfort, with a series of pay-per-use services for residents, including cleaning and daily housekeeping of the units, together with laundry, maintenance, property management, and a personal trainer.

There are also technological solutions that facilitate residents’ daily routine. “The apartments have biometric locks and were designed for residential automation, reaffirming our concern with security and the sustainable use of natural resources,” added Marcelo Valadão, Construction Director at Odebrecht Real Estate Developments in São Paulo.
